The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed static caravan/mobile home in a field to live in. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the proposed change of use is feasible and the best approach would be to apply for a lawful development certificate under the caravan act. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval, everything has been submitted with an application for a lawful development certificate for a static caravan/mobile home.
