Single-Storey Wrap Around Extension

After a failed DIY attempt at a planning application, the client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed single-storey wrap around extension. Following a planning appraisal with one of our town planners it was determined that a single storey wrap around extension was feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planing application. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client has approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval the householder planning application was been submitted with the drawings and planning statement. Planning permission has now been approved for the single-storey wrap around extension.
