The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed demolition of the existing outbuilding and erection of a single storey wrap around extension. This extension will be 5m wide along the rear elevation and project 3m beyond this rear elevation. It will provide with a large kitchen/diner as well as a ground floor bathroom.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our town planners it was determined that the project was feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client has approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval the householder planning application has been submitted with the drawings and Design and Access Statement.
Planning Permission has now been approved for a single storey wrap around extension.
