The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey side extension to join to the existing conservatory and create an office and en suite bedroom.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
Planning permission has now been approved for the single storey side extension to join to the existing conservatory and create an office and en suite bedroom.
