The client approached Planning By Design regarding single storey side extension on the northern elevation of the property. This will allow for the creation of an enlarged living space, which will enhance the living environment of the dwelling.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extension is feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission for the proposed extension.
Planning Permission has now been approved for the single storey side extension on the northern elevation of the property.
