Single Storey Side Extension and Conservatory Demolition to Create a Single Storey Extension

The client approached Planning By Design regarding proposed erection of single storey side extension to create ancillary annexe, and demolition of existing rear conservatory to create a single storey extension in its place.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.

Planning Permission has now been approved for the erection of single storey side extension to create ancillary annexe, and demolition of existing rear conservatory to create a single storey extension in its place.
