Single Storey Side Extension

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey side extension. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible but will require planning permission by submitting a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced accurate scale drawings which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the application should be approved and submitted everything with a householder planning application. Planning Permission has now been approved for the single storey side extension.
