Single-Storey Rear Extension to Replace Existing Conservatory and Velux Loft Conversion

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed single-storey rear extension to replace the existing conservatory and velux loft conversion.

 Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and potentially permitted development via the submission of an application for a Lawful Development Certificate. 

One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Evidence to Verify Application/Supporting Statement, to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved. With the clients approval the architect drawings and Evidence to Verify Application/Supporting Statement were submitted with a Lawful Development certificate application. 

The Lawful Development certificate for single-storey rear extension to replace the existing conservatory and velux loft conversion has now been approved.
