Single-Storey Rear Extension to Existing Side Extension

The client approached Planning By Design regarding the proposed single-storey rear extension to existing side extension and minor internal re-configuration on 1st floor to add bathroom.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require full planning permission. 

 One of our chartered architects prepared the required drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Heritage Impact and Planning Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application.

 Planning Permission has now been approved for single-storey rear extension to existing side extension and minor internal re-configuration on 1st floor to add bathroom.
