Single Storey Rear Extension to Create Two Bedrooms

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single-storey rear extension, to extend the existing ground floor area at the back to create two small bedrooms.

 The client was eager to proceed and opted to instruct us without first conducting a planning appraisal to assess the feasibility. Fortunately in this case the project was feasible.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning, design and access statements, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. 

Planning permission has now been approved for a rear single storey extension.
