The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey rear extension to create additional living space. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the development was feasible under permitted development and the best course of action was to submit an application for a lawful development certificate. One of our chartered architects prepared all of the necessary architect drawings which the client approved. One of our chartered town planners then prepared the supporting evidence to justify why the council should grant a lawful development certificate. With the clients approval we submitted the drawings and supporting evidence with an application for a lawful development certificate which has now been approved.
