Single Storey Rear Extension

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed rear single-storey extension. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined planning approval was feasible via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. Planning permission has now been approved for the single-storey rear extension.
