Single Storey Rear Extension

improved lobby area at the dwelling. The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed erection of a single storey rear extension in the place of the existing detached timber shed, to create a new, more permanent shed space and improved lobby area at the dwelling.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the creation of a single storey extension was feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning, design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission for the proposed extension.

Planning Permission has now been approved for a s single storey rear extension in the place of the existing detached timber shed.
