The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey extension (front and side). These will allow for the creation of an enlarged living space, which will enhance the living environment of the dwelling.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
Planning permission has now been approved for single storey extension (front and side).
