The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single-storey extension to include a workshop. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible but will require planning permission by submitting a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the application should be approved. The architect drawings and planing statement have now been submitted with a householder planning application. Planning permission has now been approved for the single-storey extension including a workshop.
