Single Storey Extension & Hip To Gable Loft Conversion

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey extension and hip to gable loft conversion. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that both the extension and loft conversion were feasible and require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced accurate scale drawings which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners has prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why based on the relevant policies the application should be approved. With the clients approval the architect drawings and planning statement were submitted with the householder planning application. Planning Permission has now been approved for the single storey extension and hip to gable loft conversion.
