The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey extension, double storey extension, garage conversion, and replacement windows. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extensions were feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement and heritage statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. Planning permission has now been approved for both extensions, the garage conversion and replacement windows.
