Single Storey Extension and Orangery

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey extension and orangery. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that both were feasible but would require planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary supporting evidence to justify why the application should be approved. With the clients approval the planning application has now been submitted together with the drawings and supporting evidence.
