Single Storey Extension and New Build Garage

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey extension and a new build garage. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extension and garage were feasible under permitted development via the submission of a lawful development certificate. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve a lawful development certificate. The lawful development certificate has now been approved for the extension and new garage.
