Single Storey Side and Rear Extension

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey side and rear extension. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project is feasible but will require planning permission via a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced accurate scale drawings which the client approved. Following the approved architect drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared a strong planning statement, to justify why the application should be approved.  The architect drawings and planning statement were submitted with a householder planning application. Planning permission has now been approved.
