Single Storey Extension

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a retrospective conversion of a conservatory into a single storey extension after receiving an enforcement notice. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible but will require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced accurate scale drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the application should be approved.  The architect drawings and planning statement have been submitted with a householder planning application. Planning permission for the extension has now been approved.
