The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey extension and interior alterations. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible but will require planning permission via a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the application should be approved. The drawings and statement were submitted with a householder planning application. Planning permission has now been approved for a single storey extension and interior alterations.
