Garden Extension and Change of Use

The client approached Planning By Design regarding extending their garden into adjoining agricultural land which had recently been purchased. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible but will require full planning permission to extend the garden and change the use from agricultural to residential land. One of our chartered architects produced accurate scale architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the application should be approved. The architect drawings and planning statement have been submitted with a full planning application. Planning permission has now been approved to change the use and extend the garden.
