The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single-story extension. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require planning permission by submitting a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced accurate scale drawings which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the application should be approved. The architect drawings and planning statement have now been submitted with a householder planning application. Planning permission has now been approved for the single storey extesion.
