The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed Single Storey and First Floor Rear Extension and Front Porch. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined both the extensions and porch were feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission for the proposed extensions. Planning Permission has now been approved for a single storey extension, double storey extension and a new porch.
