The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed demolition of the single-storey extension and garages and rebuild with double-storey side and rear extension, single-story side extension, plus a linked double garage with office above.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
