The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed roof terrace. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible but would require planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings which the client has approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary planning statement, to justify why the application should be approved by the planning authority. With the clients approval, the architect drawings and planning statement have now been submitted with a householder planning application. Planning permission has now been approved for the roof terrace.
