The client contacted Planning By Design regarding proposed roof light windows in the loft. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and potentially Permitted Development. An application for a lawful development was recommended as this is the only way to get a legal determination that it is permitted development. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval the architect drawings have been submitted with an application for a Lawful Development Certificate. The application has now been approved.
