Retrospective Single Storey Extension

The client approached Planning By Design regarding retrospective planning for a single storey extension after being incorrectly told by a builder that planning permission was not required only to receive an enforcement notice years later. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extension is feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary supporting evidence, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. Retrospective planning permission has now been approved so the client will not need to demolish the extension.
