The client contacted Planning By Design after receiving an enforcement notice for raised decking which has already been built. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible although retrospective planning permission is required. One our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the clients approval of the architect drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the planning authority should approve the application. With the clients approval we have now submitted the application with the architect drawings and planning statement.
