Retrospective Porch and Internal Alterations

The client approached Planning By Design after receiving a planning enforcement notice for a porch, second front door and internal alterations to the floor plan, which were completed without the required planning permission. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that getting planning permission retrospectively would be challenging but feasible and would require a retrospective planning application. One of our chartered architects produced the required drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architect drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared a strong planning statement, to clearly justify why the retrospective planning application should be approved. With the clients approval the architect drawings and planning statement were submitted with a retrospective application for full planning permission.  Retrospective Planning permission has now been approved.
