The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a retrospective planning application for alterations to his flat. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that although retrospective planning permission is required, the project is feasible. One our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings to show the property before and after the alterations. Following the clients approval of the drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement to justify why the planning authority should approve the application. With the clients approval we have now submitted the application with all the drawings and supporting evidence. The retrospective planning application has now been approved, which means the client does not need to put the property back to how it was.
