Retrospective Outbuilding

The client contacted Planning By Design after receiving an enforcement notice for an outbuilding that was built after incorrectly assuming that it was permitted development. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that the project is feasible and would require retrospective planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared a comprehensive planning statement, to justify why the planing authority should approve the application. With the clients approval the planning application was been submitted with the drawings and planning statement. The retrospective planning application has now been approved.
