The client approached Planning By Design after receiving a planning enforcement for a change of use from an annex to guesthouse without the required planning permission. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that securing planning permission retrospectively was feasible. One of our chartered architects produced the required drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architect drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the application should be approved. With the clients approval everything has now been submitted with a retrospective application for full planning permission. Retrospective planning permission has now been approved.
