Change of Use from Agricultural to Animal Sanctuary – Retrospective

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a retrospective change of use from agricultural land to an animal sanctuary.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that securing planning permission retrospectively was feasible.

One of our chartered architects produced the required drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architect drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement, to justify why the application should be approved.

With the client's approval everything has now been submitted with a retrospective application for full planning permission.

Retrospective planning permission has now been approved for a change of use from agricultural land to an animal sanctuary.
