The client approached Planning By Design after receiving a planning enforcement for works completed without the required planning permission. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that getting planning permission retrospectively is feasible but would require 2 separate planning applications. One of our chartered architects produced the required drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared all the necessary supporting evidence, to justify why the application should be approved. With the clients approval everything has now been submitted with a retrospective application for full planning permission.
