Retrospective Advertising Consent

The client approached Planning By Design after receiving a planning enforcement for installing an advertising sign without the required planning permission. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that getting planning permission retrospectively is feasible but would require a retrospective planning application for advertisement consent. One of our chartered architects produced the required drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the application should be approved. With the client's approval, everything has now been submitted with a retrospective planning application for advertisement consent. Planning permission has now been approved retrospectively for the sign, so the client will no longer need to remove it.
