Replacement Windows in a Conservation Area

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding proposed replacement windows for a house within a conservation area. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning and heritage statements, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval, the architect drawings and planning statements were been submitted with a householder planning application.  Planning permission has now been approved for the replacement windows.
