The client approached Planning By Design regarding proposed replacement windows for their flat. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extensions were feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application, because flats do not have permitted development rights. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the planning application. Planning permission has now been approved for the replacement windows.
