The client approached Planning By Design regarding proposed replacement windows and doors plus the removal of a gate. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that works are feasible but will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning and heritage statement, to justify why the council should approve the planning application. Planning permission has now been approved for the replacement windows and doors plus the removal of the gate.
