The client contacted Planning By Design regarding proposed replacement window for a listed building adjacent to a greenbelt area. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that replacing the window was feasible and will require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval, the architect drawings and planning statement have been submitted with a full planning application. Planning permission has now been approved to replace the window.
