The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed replacement of the existing single garage for a double garage (set further back) with an annex above (including bedroom and bathroom), with associated windows/rooflights.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
