Replacement Roof, Doors, Windows, Decking, Driveway and Fence

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed replacement roof, doors, windows, decking, driveway and fence. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners and despite being within a conservation area, it was determined that each of the project components were feasible. Planning permission was required for via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning, design and access statements, to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved. With the client's approval, the architect drawings and planning statements  were submitted with a householder planning application. Planning permission has now been approved for replacement roof, doors, windows, decking, driveway and fence.
