Replacement of Dormer Windows at the Property in a Conservation Area

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding proposed replacement of the uPVC dormer windows at the front of the property with like for like uPVC windows. Client also would like to replace guttering at the property with a like for like change. The property is located in a Conservation Area.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application.  

One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning and Heritage Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval, the architect drawings, Planning and Heritage Statement were submitted with a householder planning application.

Planning permission has now been approved for the replacement of uPVC dormer windows and guttering at the property, located in Conservation Area.
