Replacement of the Existing Conservatory With a Single-Storey Extension

The client approached Planning By Design regarding the replacement of the existing rear conservatory with a single-storey extension. The proposed single-storey extension will be the same length as the existing, conservatory and full-width wall-to-wall.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extension is feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.

Planning Permission has now been approved for replacement of the existing rear conservatory with a single-storey extension.
