The client contacted Planning By Design regarding proposed glazed screen / glass curtain to be positioned by the site entrance. The purpose of the replacement is for the provision of an attractive entrance for site users and visitors. The new styled entrance will not result in any significant visual change to the site as no changes will be visible when the shutters are down.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval, the architect drawings and Planning Statement have been submitted.
Planning permission has now been approved for the replacement of shutter door to glazed screen and doors.
