Replacement Marquee with a Log Cabin in the Garden Bistro

The client approached Planning By Design regarding the proposed replacement of the existing marquee in the bistro courtyard with a more permanent structure – a log cabin to provide a high-quality covered outdoor seating area for guests.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that replacement of marquee with a log cabin is feasible and will require full planning permission.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement and heritage impact statements, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.

Planning Permission has now been approved for the replacement of the existing marquee in the bistro courtyard with a more permanent structure – a log cabin.
