The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed replacement door, windows (front elevation) and installation of rooflight to the rear roof elevation.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners and despite being within a conservation area, it was determined that each of the project components were feasible.
Planning permission was required for via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required supporting statement, to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved.
With the client's approval, the architect drawings and supporting statement were submitted with a householder planning application.
