The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed formation of a new vehicular access at the front of the property in the form of a dropped kerb and permeable drive. The existing vehicular access on the road will be closed off with a fence along with additional timber fencing at the side of the dwelling in order to create a secure garden. This will allow the client better access and parking within the curtilage of the dwelling and allow for the creation of a secure enclosed garden.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible and would require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved.
Following the approved drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning,
Design and Access statement, to justify why the planning authority should approve the application. With the client's approval the planning application has now been submitted together with the drawings and Planning, Design and Access statement.
Planning Permission has now been approved for the proposed formation of a new vehicular access at the front of the property in the form of a dropped kerb and permeable drive.
