Regularisation of Land Use for Storage (Class B8)

The client contacted Planning By Design to regularise the use of the land as storage (Class B8).

 Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and potentially permitted development. A Lawful Development certificate was recommended as this is the only way to get a legal determination that planning permission is not required.

 One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Evidence To Verify Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval an application for full planning permission, together with the architect drawings, Evidence To Verify Statement has been submitted. 

 A Lawful Development Certificate has now been approved for the use of the land as storage (Class B8).
